How this calculator works

The payment matters less than what it leaves you after rent, payroll and inventory.

Fixed daily debits come out every business day whether the day was busy or slow. Looking at them as a share of deposits shows how much room is left. There is no universal safe number: a business with 60% margins can carry more than one running on 8%.

  • Use deposits, not profit. Funders underwrite deposits, and so should your first check.
  • Add every existing daily or weekly debit before you judge a new one. Two advances stack.
  • Ask whether the contract offers reconciliation if sales drop, and how to request it.

One application, many funders
